Service Description

I will work with you one-one-one to obtain lifestyle changes. Most of my clients like to meet every 2-3 weeks. Clients vary in what they need in terms of education, help with menu planning and recipes, and accountability. I provide software at no cost where together we can monitor your food intake and exercise. This is very helpful as it raises awareness of gaps in nutrients, micro-nutrient balance, and exercise. This is very effective. I also maintain communication in between meetings based on your needs. Some people like lots of check-ins and some do okay with fewer check-ins.
